About the Role




  • Our client, a reputable legal practitioner based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.

  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal/Managing Lawyer.

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

  • Prepare, proofread, and manage legal and business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.

  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

  • Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials when required.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

  • Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.

  • 2 - 4 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer supporting senior executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
