Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Supervisor to oversee our technical team and handle the maintenance and repair of various home appliances.
- The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership abilities and excellent administrative skills to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the technical and repair team.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various home appliances, specifically Air Conditioners (ACs), Fans, TVs, and other household electronics.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and are completed within designated timelines.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding technical issues and provide professional solutions.
- Utilize computer systems to log repair data, track inventory, and generate technical reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in repairing ACs, Fans, TVs, and general home appliances.
- Proximity: Must reside close to the office location (proximity is highly prioritized).
- Leadership: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
