Role Summary




  • The Group Head, Human Resources will provide strategic leadership for the Group's human capital function, driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and organizational development across all subsidiaries.

  • The role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and the Group's long-term growth agenda.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement the Group's HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans.

  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Drive talent management, leadership development, retention strategies, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance requirements, HR policies, and regulatory standards while managing employee relations and industrial relations matters.

  • Oversee HR planning, budgeting, reporting, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational transformation, culture development, and strategic change initiatives.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Relevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required.

  • 10–20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility within manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate environments.
