Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced, target-driven, and results-oriented HR Sales Lead to drive business growth by promoting our HR consulting and recruitment solutions to corporate clients.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building long-term client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new corporate clients for HR consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, training, and other HR services.

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound sales activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate HR solutions.

  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

  • Work closely with the HR delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client onboarding.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related discipline.

  • 4 – 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR services sales.

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, or other HR solutions will be a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.

  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable HR solutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
