Salary:₦200,000 Gross



Job Summary



The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food service delivery, staff productivity, food quality, and profitability.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.

  • Supervise restaurant staff and monitor performance.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.

  • Manage inventory and control food and beverage costs.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Coordinate staff schedules and workforce planning.

  • Prepare operational and financial performance reports.

  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing restaurant operations.

  • Experience in fast-paced food service environments is preferred.
