Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Role Summary
- The Team Leads, Sales & Marketing will support the execution of sales strategies, expand market reach, deepen customer engagement, and drive adoption of Smart Energies products across assigned territories.
- This role blends sales leadership with marketing creativity, ensuring strong conversion and brand visibility in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of sales plans to achieve targets in designated regions
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Conduct field sales activities, customer onboarding, and revenue follow-up
- Assist in organizing marketing activations, product demos, and community engagement campaigns
- Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance analytics, recommending improvement actions
- Coordinate the rollout of Smart Energies initiatives
- Work closely with the content and digital teams to drive product visibility and brand consistency
- Conduct competitor and market insights research to support strategy refinement
- Support field sales representatives to ensure effective pipeline development
- Prepare weekly performance updates and territory reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles
- Strong coordination, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and field-oriented environments
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
