Job Summary




  • The Marketing Officer will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and promoting ORÍKÌ’s and other subsidiaries’ products and services.

  • The role involves coordinating marketing activities, content creation, social media management, event support, and market research to enhance the company’s growth and brand reputation.



Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution:




  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.) for ORÍKÌ’s and other subsidiaries brand and product lines.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with brand strategy and company objectives.



Digital Marketing & Social Media:




  • Manage day-to-day activities on ORÍKÌ’s and subsidiaries social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Create engaging content (text, image, and video) to increase online engagement and followers.

  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement.

  • Support SEO and online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve visibility and traffic.



Branding & Communication:




  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Assist in preparing press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications.

  • Support brand awareness initiatives and customer engagement activities.

  • Help maintain and update the company website and online directories.



Market Research & Consumer Insights:




  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

  • Gather competitor information and provide insights for product positioning.

  • Analyze customer feedback and campaign data to suggest improvements.



Events & Partnerships support:




  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, activations, and exhibitions.

  • Support partnership initiatives by providing required marketing materials and logistics coordination.

  • Represent ORÍKÌ and subsidiaries at events, ensuring professional brand presentation.



Requirements




  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing or Sales.

  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.

  • Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.

  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.



Functional / Technical:




  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts Responsible for carrying our missions for ORIKI by increasing.

  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.

  • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of each channel and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels for maximum impact.

  • Able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Analyze the performance of different marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, paid advertising) in terms of reach, engagement, and conversion.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
