Job Summary




  • We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.

  • Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.

  • Process customer requests, orders, and follow-ups.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Prepare periodic customer service reports.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline with 1–5 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
