We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.
Process customer requests, orders, and follow-ups.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Prepare periodic customer service reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline with 1–5 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
