Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery.


• Prepare and process shipping, import/export, and logistics documentation.


• Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.


• Monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide regular status updates.


• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and logistics records.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Must have 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.


• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight coordination.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory management systems.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously.
