Job Summary




  • We are seeking a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Indoor Sales Representative to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, promoting premium products, processing sales transactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Candidates with experience selling luxury, premium, or high-end products are strongly preferred.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.

  • Promote and sell the company's premium product range while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Ensure products are well displayed and the showroom remains clean, organized, and attractive.

  • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and pending sales.

  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.

  • 2–4 years of indoor/showroom sales experience.

  • Previous experience selling luxury, premium, or high-end products (e.g., luxury furniture, premium home appliances, automobiles, jewelry, fashion, watches, cosmetics, electronics, or similar products) is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a polished and professional appearance.

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS/CRM systems.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
