Key Accountabilities:
- Build and foster customer relationships within the territory
- Achieve daily sales of company products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and recruit new customers.
- Align with company's objectives in the territory.
- Achieve and grow customers sales within existing customers base.
- Adhere to company sales strategy and willing to work at high standards at all times.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities.
- Timely submission of reports
- Reporting competitors activities and customers feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc Degree in Pharmacology or Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry and other related science courses.
- Working experience of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- A good business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A valid driver's license.
