Monitor and optimize steel manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
Analyse production data and process parameters to improve productivity, yield, and product quality.
Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Metallurgical teams to resolve process-related issues and improve plant performance.
Monitor key production KPIs, including throughput, scrap rate, energy consumption, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and recommend improvement initiatives.
Support the commissioning, modification, and continuous optimization of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE policies, and continuous improvement practices to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience.
Experience in steel manufacturing or engineering industries is highly preferred.
