Key Responsibilities

• Monitor steelmaking processes to achieve production and quality targets.


• Analyze chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel products.


• Investigate metallurgical defects and recommend corrective actions.


• Monitor furnace operations and process parameters.


• Support process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with metallurgical standards and specifications.


• Prepare technical reports and process documentation.


• Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to improve product performance.


• Participate in research and development of new steel grades.


• Promote continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience.


• Steel Manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferred.
