Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and payment processes across MDF and DÍNΛH, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full documentation
- Review and validate payment requests, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all transactions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all entities to ensure effective financial planning and liquidity control
- Monitor financial performance, provide variance analysis, and support programme and operational teams in ensuring efficient and compliant fund utilisation
- Prepare management, Board, donor, and statutory financial reports in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations, tax obligations, internal policies, and financial governance standards, including management of restricted and unrestricted funds
- Strengthen internal controls, support audit processes, and ensure full audit readiness across all financial activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support executive decision making and organisational planning
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, integrity, and accountability in all financial operations
- Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO in support of organisational objectives
