Job Summary
- The Growth & Digital Marketing Lead will serve as the primary engineering driver behind the 10x revenue scaling objective.
- This individual is fully responsible for managing corporate ad spend across multiple digital channels, analysing conversion paths, optimizing user acquisition funnels, and building local brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, deploy, monitor, and aggressively optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads platform to drive high-intent conversion traffic to our site.
- Implement, audit, and manage tracking infrastructure including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event definitions to accurately report Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Architect and coordinate the digital content calendar, spearheading video production and editing (Reels, TikToks) around conversion hooks like 'The Nano Playground Stress Test' and 'The Nano Bend Challenge'.
- Manage end-to-end communication, asset delivery, and unique affiliate tracking structures for contracted 'Mom-bassadors', parent bloggers, and micro-influencers.
- Analyze web performance, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-offs on foci.ng to continuously execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) changes.
Candidate Specifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of verifiable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or running direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce campaigns within Nigeria.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced capabilities with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify / WooCommerce administration, and tracking architectures.
- Creative Skills: Competence in copywriting tailored specifically to affluent, value-seeking Nigerian parents, alongside intermediate mobile video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush).
