  • The Head of Corporate Services owns the corporate support functions that keep VVIP FastTrack running with precision.

  • With a strong focus on finance, compliance and governance, this leader builds the systems, controls and people infrastructure that enable the business to scale profitably and operate at the highest standards.



Key Focus Areas

You will provide strategic and operational oversight across the following functions:




  • Finance & Accounts - budgeting, financial planning and reporting, cash-flow management, and financial control. Financial control and transparency across the business

  • HR & Administration - talent management, people operations, and the administrative backbone of the business. HR and people operations that attract, develop and retain talent

  • Legal & Compliance - regulatory compliance, contracts, and the company's legal and governance framework. Compliance and risk management in line with statutory and regulatory obligations

  • Procurement & Vendor Management - sourcing, vendor relationships, and cost-efficient purchasing. Procurement and cost efficiency across all support functions

  • IT Management - systems reliability, technology infrastructure, and digital enablement. IT and systems reliability to support seamless service delivery.

  • Risk & Internal Control - risk management, internal controls, and safeguarding of company assets.

  • Policy and governance that institutionalize best practice.

  • Operational enablement that allows the business to scale.



Person Specification & Competency Profile




  • Must possess Startup Energy and experience

  • A senior leader with substantial experience across finance and corporate services, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented or premium brand environment.

  • A professional accounting, finance or related qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA) is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to build systems, controls and governance frameworks in a growing organisation.

  • Strong command of Nigerian statutory and regulatory requirements across tax, pensions, and employment.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the discretion befitting a VVIP environment.
