Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within an assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets.

  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to maximize sales performance.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 4 – 5 years of sales experience in the Telecommunications industry or a related industry.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
