Core Responsibilities
- Drive Client Acquisition: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns designed specifically to generate qualified leads and sales.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey from first touchpoint to final conversion to improve ROI.
- Content & Campaign Creation: Produce high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, email sequences, ad copy, and social content.
- Market Research: Identify new target audiences, trends, and growth opportunities within our industry
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in marketing roles explicitly focused on lead generation, user acquisition, or direct sales growth.
- Digital Campaign Expertise: Hands-on experience managing paid advertising (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads) or executing high-yield organic/SEO strategies.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write compelling, persuasive copy that motivates prospects to take action.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable working autonomously, taking full ownership of projects, and managing a marketing budget effectively.
