The Retail Manager will be the face of Zashadu in-store.
You will lead store operations, manage and mentor our sales associates, and ensure every customer experiences the luxury Zashadu standard. You will also represent the store at management meetings at our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, visual merchandising, stock display, and maintaining a luxury store environment
Lead, train, and coach sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and Zashadu’s brand values
Ensure every customer receives a personalized, premium shopping experience that reflects the Zashadu brand
Handle VIP clients and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and discretion
Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to improve performanceImplement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches in-store
Manage inventory,stock control, replenishment, loss prevention, and monthly stock takes
Attend weekly/monthly management meetings at Adminoffice
Submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, customer insights, and team performance
Work closely with Creative, production,Marketing, andother Team Member
Ensure the store meets Zashadu’s standards for cleanliness, aesthetics, and luxury
presentation
Qualifications
Education: HND / B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fieldStrong leadership and people management skills
Experience: 3+ years in retail management, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Deep understanding of luxury customer service and brand representation
Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory tools
Must be presentable, fashion-conscious,
Expectional attention to detail
Ability to build and manage long lasting relationships
