  • We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager – Process Systems to lead the commercial growth of our Process Systems business across Nigeria's Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

  • This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with an established network among operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders, and a proven ability to originate, develop, negotiate, and secure high-value projects.



Key Focus Areas




  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Process Systems solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic account and business development plans.

  • Build strong relationships with operators, EPCs, and industrial clients.

  • Lead opportunity pursuits from identification through contract award.

  • Promote solutions including:

  • Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems

  • Process Packages & Modular Systems

  • Early Production Facilities (EPF)

  • Produced Water Treatment Packages

  • Gas Processing & Separation Packages



Ideal Candidate




  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA is an advantage).

  • 8–15 years of Business Development, Sales, or Engineering experience within the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector.

  • Demonstrated success selling process packages, modular systems, engineered equipment, or automation solutions.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an established network within Nigeria's energy industry.
