About the Role




  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, secure contracts, and contribute to the company's strategic growth within the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Develop winning proposals and support contract acquisition.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business engagements.



Requirements:




  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in EPC or the Oil & Gas industry.

  • We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities

  • Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets

  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
