Responsibilities

• Enhance business growth by identifying and securing clients


• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets


• Manage the dally operations and performance ofthe branch to ensure business objectives are met.

• Negotiate contracts and dcse salæ opportunities


• Prepare regular sales reports forecasts, and pefformance updates for management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.


• A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 5-7 years' progressive experience in sales,


• business development, or branch management, prefera bb' within the travel, aviation, hospitaliw, or a related service industry.


• previous experience managing a branch, leading a sales team, or supervising business operations is a d istinct advantage.
