We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across Nigeria and other African markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote and sell the company's plastic products to distributors, manufacturers, and corporate customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiations, and account management.
Conduct market research, prepare sales reports, and represent the company during business trips across Africa.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, plastics, FMCG, or industrial sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
