Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Lagos.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across Nigeria and other African markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Promote and sell the company's plastic products to distributors, manufacturers, and corporate customers.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiations, and account management.

  • Conduct market research, prepare sales reports, and represent the company during business trips across Africa.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, plastics, FMCG, or industrial sector.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
