As the Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked products while ensuring consistency, food safety, and adherence to production standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to approved recipes
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency
Monitor baking processes and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Manage baking inventory and report stock requirements when necessary
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and workstations at all times
Requirements
Minimum of HND / BSc Degree, or relevant vocational certification
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker, preferably in a QSR, bakery, or hospitality environment
Good knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and quality control standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
