Job Summary




  • As the Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked products while ensuring consistency, food safety, and adherence to production standards.



Responsibilities




  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to approved recipes

  • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency

  • Monitor baking processes and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

  • Manage baking inventory and report stock requirements when necessary

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and workstations at all times



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree, or relevant vocational certification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker, preferably in a QSR, bakery, or hospitality environment

  • Good knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and quality control standards

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
