  • Our client is hiring a Female Chef to prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure efficient food service operations.

  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of local and continental dishes, possess excellent culinary expertise, and demonstrate professionalism in kitchen management.



Responsibilities




  • Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals to high standards

  • Plan menus and ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of food supplies when necessary

  • Manage meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service

  • Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations

  • Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations.



Key Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or any related field is an added advantage

  • Proven experience as a Chef with a strong portfolio of local and continental dishes

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role

  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
