We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead the Company's marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, and build strategic partnerships that support business growth within the fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and represent the Company at industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in a fintech, banking, financial services, or technology company is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, partnership management, customer acquisition, and brand strategy.
Proven ability to negotiate, close partnership deals, and drive business growth.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
