Job Summary




  • As the Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media presence, and enhancing brand visibility through compelling storytelling and community engagement.



Responsibilities




  • Create photo, video, and written content for digital and social media platforms

  • Manage social media engagement and promote positive patient and customer experiences

  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach activities through content creation

  • Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and online reviews to strengthen brand credibility

  • Track content performance and prepare periodic social media reports



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Arts, or a related field

  • 1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools

  • Strong copywriting, photography, videography, and storytelling skills

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
