Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to the Vice Chairman.

  • The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel and high-level engagements, oversee projects, and ensure the seamless execution of both professional and personal responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the Vice Chairman's calendar, correspondence, and daily schedule.

  • Coordinate local and international travel, including visas, flight bookings, and logistics.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, speeches, and other documents.

  • Support meetings, events, and special projects, including representing the Vice Chairman when required.

  • Liaise with internal teams, directors, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Manage confidential information, personal errands, and inventory of personal and corporate items.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice Chairman.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

  • Strong administrative, project coordination, and event management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with international travel coordination is an added advantage.

  • Good Bible knowledge is an added advantage.
