Job Summary




  • The Retail Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance, operational excellence, and profitability of assigned retail outlets.

  • The role develops and executes retail growth strategies, optimizes store performance, ensures exceptional customer experience, and leads high-performing teams to achieve sales, inventory, and operational objectives while protecting the company's brand standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

  • Lead the overall performance and daily operations of assigned retail outlets.

  • Monitor sales, customer trends, and operational KPIs, implementing initiatives to improve business performance.

  • Build, coach, and manage high-performing retail teams through effective performance management and talent development.

  • Ensure superior customer experience and consistent brand execution across all stores.

  • Oversee inventory planning, stock optimization, shrinkage control, and product availability.

  • Drive visual merchandising excellence and effective execution of promotional campaigns.

  • Manage store budgets, operational costs, and cash controls to maximize profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve retail performance and execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications 




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • 7–10 years' experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership in a retail environment.
