Job Summary
- The Retail Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance, operational excellence, and profitability of assigned retail outlets.
- The role develops and executes retail growth strategies, optimizes store performance, ensures exceptional customer experience, and leads high-performing teams to achieve sales, inventory, and operational objectives while protecting the company's brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Lead the overall performance and daily operations of assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor sales, customer trends, and operational KPIs, implementing initiatives to improve business performance.
- Build, coach, and manage high-performing retail teams through effective performance management and talent development.
- Ensure superior customer experience and consistent brand execution across all stores.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock optimization, shrinkage control, and product availability.
- Drive visual merchandising excellence and effective execution of promotional campaigns.
- Manage store budgets, operational costs, and cash controls to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve retail performance and execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 7–10 years' experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership in a retail environment.
