Serve as the primary liaison between the company and police, law enforcement, and other security agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with security stakeholders to facilitate investigations, asset recovery, and incident resolution.
Coordinate and manage cases involving theft, fraud, vandalism, asset diversion, misconduct, and other security-related matters.
Support asset tracing, recovery efforts, and prosecution of cases involving employees, customers, vendors, or third parties.
Assist with evidence gathering, case documentation, information sharing, and liaison with legal and law enforcement authorities.
Maintain accurate records of investigations, recoveries, prosecutions, and security incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Prepare regular reports on investigations, recoveries, law enforcement engagements, risks, and recommended actions.
Coordinate joint operations with security agencies and represent the company in security-related forums, meetings, and proceedings.
Support audits, asset-handling processes, GPS/telematics monitoring, and continuous improvement of security procedures and SOPs.
Train employees on incident reporting, evidence preservation, fraud prevention, and security compliance requirements.
Lead or support responses to major security incidents, including escalation, coordination with law enforcement, and post-incident reporting.
Monitor compliance with security policies, identify emerging risks, detect potential internal collusion, and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Law, Security Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPI) are an added advantage
4–7 years' experience in law enforcement liaison, security operations, investigations, intelligence, or a related function.
Prior experience working within or closely with the Nigeria Police Force, security agencies, legal institutions, or corporate security environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of criminal justice processes, investigations, evidence management, and prosecution procedures.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple investigations and stakeholders simultaneously.
