  • Find new customers: Spend most of your time visiting estates, gated communities, commercial buildings, and facility management offices across Lagos to identify potential customers.

  • Meet clients and demonstrate the product: Visit property managers, developers, and facility teams to show them how Jarakey's software works and explain how it can improve their daily operations.

  • Plan your field visits: Organize your daily and weekly schedule to regularly visit target estates and business locations across your assigned territory.

  • Support existing customers: Follow up with current clients to renew their subscriptions and identify opportunities to sell additional services or onboard more properties.

  • Keep accurate records: Update the CRM with details of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

  • Represent Jarakey: Attend industry events, estate meetings, property inspections, and networking opportunities to promote the Jarakey brand and generate new business.

  • Share market feedback: Report customer feedback, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market insights to the Sales Lead and Product Team to help improve the business.

  • Build strong relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing clients through site visits and follow-ups to ensure they are satisfied and continue using Jarakey's platform.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, real estate, property management, facilities management, or prop-tech.

  • Experience selling software or subscription-based (SaaS) products is an added advantage, including conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical solutions to non-technical clients.

  • Comfortable spending most of the workweek travelling across Lagos and meeting clients on-site.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close sales through face-to-face engagement.

  • Good understanding of the Lagos real estate, estate management, or facility management industry is an advantage.

  • Ability to navigate Lagos efficiently and manage a structured schedule of client visits.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for sales reporting and follow-up.
