Plan all lessons in the weekly plan book, including details of lesson objectives, teaching methods, homework (where appropriate), and opportunities for differentiated teaching
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to cater to students’ diverse needs and interests
Maintain records of students’ assessment results, progress feedback, or school performance, ensuring confidentiality of records
Set clear objectives for all lessons and projects, then communicate these objectives to students
Establish and enforce rules for behaviour and procedures to maintain order among students
Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education
Minimum of four years’ teaching experience in CRS and preparing students for WAEC and IGCSE
Valid teaching certification/PGDE or currently in progress
Excellent level of English( Spoken and Written)
Strong classroom management
Modern teaching methods
Digital literacy and utilisation of technological tools
Support moral, ethical, faith-based development
Facilitate community service & values-based projects
