Job Summary




  • We are seeking an ambitious and result-orientedBusiness Development Executiveto drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strategic partnerships within the technology sector.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions, software products, IT services, or digital transformation solutions andpossessa strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in target marketsand regions.

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Present and promote the company's technology products, software solutions, and services to prospective customers.

  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.

  • Collaborate with technical, product, and project teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Manage and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, technology exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

Education& Qualification:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience in B2B technology sales.

  • Existing network within the technology industry.



Experience:




  • 2+ years of experience in business development, technology sales, software sales, or IT consulting.

  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, enterprise software, cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, or managed services is an advantage.



Skills:




  • Strong understanding of technology products and services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
