Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and integration of third-party products, APIs, payment solutions, and digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal product, technology, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful integration projects.

  • Facilitate technical and business discussions with external partners and stakeholders.

  • Support integration planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch reviews.

  • Gather, document, and manage integration requirements while ensuring stakeholder sign-off.

  • Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.

  • Support API integration activities and partner connectivity requirements.

  • Coordinate technical certification and production readiness activities.

  • Monitor integrated products and services, identify issues, and support timely resolution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, transaction volume, and revenue growth.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Professional certification in Product Management is an added advantage.

  • 2–3 years' experience in Product Integration Support, Product Management, or a related role.

  • Experience working with APIs, digital products, or financial technology solutions is an added advantage.
