Our client is seeking a Business Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation by driving strategy execution, optimizing business processes, and improving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and performance across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement and value stream optimization across business units.
Drive transformation, automation, and digital initiatives.
Track KPIs, benefits realization, and transformation performance.
Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption.
Support the COO in executing strategic priorities and governance.
Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields (MBA preferred).
6+ years' experience in business transformation, consulting, or operations.
Expertise in process improvement, project delivery, change management, and performance management.
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are an advantage.
