We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketer to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with the customers and partners in the field to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the execution of the annual field marketing plan to support sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, executive dinners, and webinars.
Partner with the sales team to prioritize and execute marketing requests, ensuring timely handover to the sales team for follow-up.
Track and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Monitor, report on, and analyze key metrics such as pipeline generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Create and update sales collateral and promotional materials, and manage inventory of branded materials and trade show assets.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must have either SSCE, HND, or OND Certificate
2+ years’ experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, and other teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
