Job Summary




  • We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative/HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resource and administrative functions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily administrative and office operations.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.

  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and other HR records.

  • Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and general facility administration.

  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.

  • Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and office management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
