We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative/HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resource and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Monitor staff attendance, leave, and other HR records.
Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
Manage office supplies, vendors, and general facility administration.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
