Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified business leads.

  • Engage prospective clients, understand their business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the business development team where applicable.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve individual sales, revenue, and activity targets.

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.

  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and market feedback.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated success in selling products or services to businesses over the phone and through virtual channels.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

  • Strong experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.

  • Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales effectively.

  • Experience managing a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasive communication skills.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage leads and sales activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.



What Will Be Expected:




  • You will be expected to work onsite for one to two months for performance monitoring.
