As the Senior Program Manager, you will oversee programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning while ensuring successful delivery of strategic educational initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
Lead programme planning, implementation, and monitoring across multiple workstreams.
Manage stakeholder relationships, partnerships, and programme activities.
Oversee budgets, reporting, and programme performance tracking.
Coordinate project timelines, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
Prepare programme reports and ensure effective documentation of activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in programme or project management.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
