• Nikea Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing services and drive excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

• RN/RM with a valid practising licence.


• B.NSc. (Master's degree is an added advantage).


• Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a nursing leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, infection prevention and quality improvement.
