Description
- The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing clients to drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) for the company.
- The role involves closing sales from prospective leads and building long-term relationships through personalized customer service.
- The Sales Officer will also work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst, to provide clients with well-informed investment options.

Responsibilites
- Grow the company’s AUM by acquiring new clients and securing fresh inflows from existing ones.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients, sometimes involving the Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for macroeconomic insights.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients, ensuring continued investment growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing guidance on portfolio growth.
- Work with clients to increase their investment holdings and cross-sell other financial products.
- Strengthen relationships with clients by recognizing their special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) through calls, messages, and corporate gifts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and AUM growth.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead and Business Development Department to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
