Description

• Are you an experienced Welder Foreman with strong Hard-Facing, welding & fabrication expertise? This could be your next opportunity! 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily welding, hard-facing & fabrication activities


• Allocate work and coordinate welders/support personnel


• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & welding procedures


• Ensure compliance with API, BSI, ASME & AWS standards


• Inspect weld quality, dimensions and finished work


• Enforce strict HSE & quality requirements


• Manage welding equipment, materials and tools


• Minimize material waste and maximize productivity


• Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to welders


•  Prepare progress reports and resolve operational challenges

Requirements

• SSCE + 2 years technical experience OR ND/SSCE + 8 years’ Hard-Facing Welding experience


• Welding Certificate is compulsory


• Strong ability to read drawings, manuals and specifications


• Experience with welding tools, cutting equipment and fixtures


• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision


• Strong problem-solving, planning and coordination skills


• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely in demanding environments.
