Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the QSR industry


• HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pcwer Bl


• Good knowledge of HACCP principles


• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training records, materials, calendars, and staff development plans.


• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and required documentation.


• Maintain and improve QSC, REV, GXI, QA, Training, and Finance audit standards across assigned restaurants.


• Sales & Profitability. Drive sales growth, implement local marketing initiatives, monitor P&L and controllable costs, analyze sales performanc% and identify expansion opportunities.


• People Development, Inventory & Controls.
