Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to established quality standards.  


• Create innovative and visually appealing beverages based on guest preferences and occasions. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.  


• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service while engaging positively with guests.  


• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and beverage service areas.  


• Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate stock requirements promptly.  


• Ensure proper portion control, beverage consistency, presentation, and minimal wastage.  


• Operate POS systems and process beverage orders and payments accurately.  


• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.  


• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Restaurant, and other resort teams to ensure seamless service.  


• Assist with beverage service for events, celebrations, conferences, and other resort functions.  


• Follow all food safety, health, safety, and responsible beverage-service standards.
