As the Project Coordinator, you will support the effective coordination and execution of multiple projects, ensuring project schedules, deliverables, costs, documentation, and stakeholder activities are effectively managed from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, milestones, deliverables, site visits, and action points while supporting the Senior Project Manager in timely project execution
Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to track progress, resolve outstanding actions, and maintain project risk and issue logs
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, correspondence, trackers, variation orders, and payment certificates
Support commercial and cost management activities including BoQs, cost estimates, measurement take-offs, interim valuations, variations, and tender submissions
Coordinate project reporting, stakeholder meetings, follow-ups, and administrative activities while ensuring multiple workstreams are driven to completion
Requirements
B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline
Minimum of 5–10 years' experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial/Manufacturing projects
Strong project management orientation with experience managing schedules, deliverables, multiple workstreams, and stakeholder follow-ups
Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, interim valuations, cost estimates, and contract administration; NIQS membership or pursuit is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling and tracking tools
