Position Summary

• The Sales Support provides technical and commercial support to the sales team. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, technical, production, and customers to ensure accurate quotations, product compliance, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A first Degree or its equivalent in chemistry.


• 2-3 years hands on experience


• Good oral and written communication skills.


• Good customer service and relationship management tools.


• Good data gathering and analysis skills.


• Good problem analysis and solving skills.


• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
