Job Summary

• Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organization for an experienced and strategic Production Machine Operator to oversee the organization's production functions.


• The successful candidate would be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent manufacturing processes.


• The role involves setting up machines, monitoring production output, conducting routine quality checks, identifying equipment faults, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and production schedules.


• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines to meet production specifications.


• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth and continuous production operations.


• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.


• Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.


• Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine faults, breakdowns, or operational abnormalities.


• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, downtime, and materials used.


• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.


• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.


• Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient use of production resources.


• Work closely with production supervisors, maintenance technicians, and quality control personnel.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.


• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• OND, technical certificate, or relevant vocational qualification.


• Previous experience operating production or industrial machinery is an advantage.


• Basic understanding of machine operation, production processes, and equipment safety.


• Ability to identify machine faults and report technical issues promptly.


• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


• Basic record-keeping and communication skills.


• Physical fitness to perform assigned production duties.


• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
