Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and quality-focused professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager.


• The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all branding, printing, signage, and production jobs meet the company's quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, a strong eye for colour accuracy and consistency, and a passion for delivering flawless products. The role requires continuous monitoring of projects throughout the production process, from commencement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures across all production processes.


• Review project briefs and specifications to ensure production requirements are clearly understood before commencement.


• Conduct quality inspections at critical stages of production rather than only at completion.


• Monitor jobs throughout production to identify and correct errors before they progress to subsequent stages.


• Conduct final quality checks on all completed jobs before packaging, dispatch, or delivery to clients.


• Verify colour accuracy, colour consistency, alignment, dimensions, material quality, finishing, and overall presentation.


• Ensure all products comply with approved artwork, client specifications, and company standards.


• Collaborate closely with Production, Design, Client Service, and Installation teams to resolve quality-related issues.


• Document quality findings, defects, non-conformities, and corrective actions.


• Establish quality assurance reports and performance metrics.


• Investigate recurring production issues and recommend preventive measures.


• Train and support production staff on quality standards and best practices.


• Ensure customer complaints related to quality are investigated and resolved effectively.


• Maintain quality records and ensure continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Printing Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Production, Graphic Design, Engineering, or a related field.


• 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control, printing, branding, signage, or manufacturing operations.


• Strong knowledge of printing processes, production workflows, and finishing techniques.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify even minor defects.


• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to detect inconsistencies in print quality, branding elements, and finished products.
