JOB DESCRIPTION
- Track and monitor account receivables and payables.
- Perform reconciliations (bank and others).
- Assist the team in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
- Preparation of vendors' payment for disbursement
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-year cognate experience
- Office and G-Drive knowledge to work with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc. Excel advanced skills are a must.
- Working knowledge of accounting software
- Good with figures and numbers and have an analytical mind.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
