Responsibilities



  • Planning and hosting press conferences to announce major news or address crises.

  • Developing strategies and procedures for working effectively with the media.

  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers that walk into the hotel organizations.

  • Collaborating with all department staff to have firsthand information on the company services to ensure a god public image.

  • Working with various teams to organize and host public events and promotions.

  • Speaking directly to the public or guest to address questions and represent the organization.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience

  • Prior experience in a public relations role or customer service.

  • Must live in Bida or willing or relocated.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Organized and detail-oriented work ethic.

  • Good communication skill

  • Must be well detailed and outspoken

  • Great public speaking and interpersonal skills.

  • Female preferably.
